London Philharmonic Orchestra

Join us for our free OrchLab Website training session!

Thursday 12 May, 2.30–4.30 pm on Zoom

OrchLab is run by the London Philharmonic Orchestra in partnership with Drake Music, experts in music, disability and technology. The project supports music-making and music appreciation among disabled adults. We do this through workshops, accessible instruments and tech, a bespoke website, training and events.

We would like to invite you to our free online training session, exploring the free, accessible music resources on the OrchLab website.

This fun, participatory session is aimed at staff, volunteers or family members who work with disabled adults. The session will be led by LPO workshop leader John Webb, and Drake Music musician Dav Shiel.

During the training, you will be guided through various online music activities on the OrchLab website and discover top tips, musical activities and fun games that you can take back and explore with the clients in your care settings. No previous musical experience is necessary, just enthusiasm!

The session is open to staff, carers and volunteers working with disabled adults and will take place on Thursday 12 May from 2.30 – 4.30 pm on Zoom

Please feel free to share this opportunity further with any colleagues who run activities and may find this useful!
