Greenlights Coordinator

Greenwich Mencap is a local registered member-led charity working with and for people with a learning disability and their families in the Royal Borough of Greenwich. Greenwich Mencap’s Greenlights Project is an innovative behaviour support service funded by the Big Lottery Fund for families where a child aged 0-11 years has a learning disability and/or autism and exhibits challenging behaviour. The Greenlights Coordinator supports families who are experiencing behavioural difficulties from their child to develop coping strategies/behaviour management skills, understand and manage sibling rivalry & improve communication skill. The coordinator also provides workshops to families to help them understand and manage challenging behaviour

The Independent Living Manager is responsible for leading and managing the organisation’s Independent Living Service (ILS).
